I'm not usually such a fan of the color, but with Valentine's Day approaching, seems sort of fitting. It's a daring color for a room, I'd say. But some of these examples are quite elegant. And hey, even if you wouldn't want to base a whole room around it, there's something nice about painting your staircase whatever color fits your mood.
there's something really appealing -and beautiful -about that color. the trick is to try to incorporate it into a design so that it doesn't feel too feminine. antonio and I are constantly trying to balance the feminine/masculine style so that our apartment doesn't fall to heavily in either camp.
